NOTIFICATION OF MEETING DETAILS
The Call to Meeting is published on this website as soon as available and is downloadable without password.

The Meeting Packet is distributed via the website and its availability (and password, when needed) is distributed to the mail list via e-mail. A notice of call or packet availability is always placed on the HOME page of this website as soon as the call or packet is made available on the site.
Churches automatically receive emailed announcements when meeting information is available and they are expected to forward the information to their commissioners or potential visitors.
If you are a member of COM or the General Mission Council you will receive announcements automatically.
For privacy and security, the files are encrypted and can only be opened with a password; the password is e-mailed to the distribution list mentioned above. If you need help or to receive the password please use this link: E-mail to request help or the password

Meeting packets are distributed as soon as all of the expected items have been received by the office.

MINUTES DISTRIBUTION
Minutes are also are distributed via e-mail to those who have requested them on the green registration card that is filled out at each Presbytery meeting. Minutes are also encrypted (password-access).

DOWNLOADING AND READING IN PDF
Documents are distributed in PDF format. You can download them as you would a graphic; i.e., right-click (or control-click for Mac) and when the dialog box appears, choose "save this image/file to disk" or similar wording, depending you your browser. Many computer set-ups will allow you to just click on the link to download the file. If your modem is slow, it may take some time to download the file.

PDF documents are read in the (free) Adobe Reader available from the link at the end of this paragraph. While other applications will open the file, using the Reader will allow you to see the bookmarked-pages and other embedded features.
